Books & Beyond

is the brainchild of us; Selina A Fenech and Vivienne Lee Fraser. It came about over iced chocolates and from a desire to find cost effective way to connect local Australian indie authors with readers. We brought Dewey on board to help with promotions and set out to hold the best book event we could manage.

Fast forward to September 2025 and we’ve held our first event on Ourimbah on the Central Coast of NSW, Australia, and it was beyond our wildest dreams.

Of course, everyone wants more and so do we, but we are only two people, and we have to work with what we can manage. We have listened to the public, and the authors, and hope to come up with some more events and opportunities to connect indie authors and readers.
